Swimming

We have been doing lots of swimming since it has been so hot. Jace has been working really hard at swim lessons and knows how to swim! I feel so lucky that we have a pool in our backyard to swim in whenever we want. Especially when it is 115 degrees outside! The boys love to swim!!!

Boys And Their Toys

Well even though it is too hot to go to the Dunes....Brandon found a place here that he could drive his sandrail. :) The kids LOVED watching their daddy go down the drags and was yelling for him to win every time. :) I have to admit..I even thought it was fun to watch! But I am a wimp and would not go for a ride. :)

Fun Times In Las Vegas

My sister, the boys and I spent a week in Las Vegas. It was so much fun! We had fun swimming at the hotel pool and exploring all of the fun things to do for kids in Vegas. The kids had so much fun and keep asking when we can go back. I feel so lucky that they behave so well in public! They were also great in the car each way...way better than I was! LOL! It really was a wonderful trip!

We are hoping to go back in October with Brandon!

Cade Turns Five!!

Cade turned 5 on May 15th. My baby has been growing up so fast. We had 3 birthday parties for him! It was very overwhelming (for me...lol)! But he enjoyed all of them and being with his friends and family. :)

Last Day of Preschool

Today was the kids last day of Preschool. Cade starts Kindergarten in the Fall and Jace will be going to a preschool that is closer to our home. It was so sad to say goodbye to Desert Sun. Cade went to Desert Sun for 4 years...and Jace went for 2 years. They both started in the Toddler classroom. It is an awesome school and I will miss it so much...so will Cade and Jace. :( They had a great last day of school and have lots of fun memories to remember. :)

Busy Day!

Today was water day at the kids preschool. They had a blast! They also had skateboarding lessons. They have so much fun there! Cade is so proud of himself when he learns something new. Jace is just happy to roll around on the skateboard. LOL!

Skateboarding and Swimming

Cade and Jace have been busy swimming and skateboarding. Cade had his first skateboard lesson last week and then Jace said he wanted to do it too. They had a lesson together last week and they both really enjoyed it! I am glad that they found something that they both enjoy doing together!
I will try and get some video of Jace this week during the lesson. :)

We have had an issue with Jace being scared of swimming lately, so we knew we had to get him back in swim lessons. He had two lessons this week and now he is back to being happy swimming. He will be in lessons for the rest of the summer to learn to swim, but I am so glad that he is back to being comfortable in the water!

We have been swimming a lot lately! That is where we will be spending most of our summer! :)

Fun Weekend!

We had a fun weekend! Saturday we went to my mom's new house and celebrated Passover. My sister also hid some eggs for the boys and they left with lots of goodies. :)

On Easter, Brandon and I took the kids to see Monsters vs. Aliens. The kids both liked the movie and Brandon fell asleep during it.

Sunday night, we went to Las Sendas Pool and went swimming with Brandon's family. It was lots of fun for everyone! There was another egg hunt for the kids and they had a blast!

It was a great weekend!!!
